What are Bulletins?

Bulletins are NIL opportunities that appear on a student-athlete's homepage. Student-athletes can apply or accept those opportunities, giving businesses a curated list of interested applicants. Businesses no longer need to message multiple athletes to find the right fit. The student-athletes will come to them.

To create a new Bulletin:

  1. Select the Initiatives tab in the left-hand sidebar.

  2. In the upper-right-hand corner, select Create Bulletin.

  3. Fill in all relevant information. Add additional questions for student-athletes, if needed.

  4. Select Publish Bulletin to share your bulletin with student-athletes.

To check on your Bulletins:

  1. Select the Initiatives tab in the left-hand sidebar.

  2. To view applications for a bulletin, select the bulletin name on the list page and select the Applicants tab at the top of your screen.

  3. Here you will find the list of total applicants for a specific Bulletin.

  4. To view individual responses, select the student-athlete’s name.

  5. To start a conversation with one or more student-athletes, select the checkbox next to the student-athlete(s)’ name, and select Send Message.

  6. Select Propose Transaction to send a proposal to the selected student-athlete(s)

  7. Once the transaction is fulfilled, you can select the Send Payment Immediately checkbox to send payment to the applicant.

NOTE:

  • You can also view bulletin responses in individual conversations that are created automatically by student-athletes applying for a bulletin.

  • A bulletin remains active until you decide to archive it. Archive a bulletin by clicking the three dots on the far right-hand side of each bulletin.
