Transaction payment statuses for Businesses in the Exchange

Below you’ll find explanations of different transaction and payment statuses you will see in INFLCR. For Exchange businesses, you can view these statuses on your Transactions page or in conversations. For athletes, these statuses may appear in the conversation with the business.

Proposed: The transaction has been successfully proposed to the student-athlete. They will be notified by email and push notification and can view the opportunity by going to the $ tab in their mobile app, and opening the conversations icon in the top right.

Declined: The transaction was declined by the student-athlete. In the case this happens, the business will be notified by email.

Approved/Send Payment: The transaction was accepted by the student-athlete. The business will be notified by email of accepted transactions. At this point, the business can send payment for the transaction amount once they feel the student-athlete has fulfilled their terms of agreement. To send payment, simply open the transaction and click the blue "Send Payment" button at the bottom.

Payment Processing: The business has sent payment for a transaction and it is processing. Remember the time this can take varies based on which payment method the business chose to use.

Payment Failed: The payment that was attempted to send has failed. Please contact support if this is unexpected.

Payment Complete: Your funds have successfully been sent to Stripe and are ready for the athlete to withdraw.

Payment On Hold: Your payment is on hold, please contact support.

Transfer Processing: Your funds have been received and are being transferred to the athlete’s payout method.

Transfer Failed: The transfer of funds from your Stripe account to the athlete’s account has failed. Please contact support.

Transfer Complete: Your funds have been successfully transferred to the athlete’s Stripe account and will be paid out in 2-3 business days if they have a connected payout method.

Payout Pending/Processing: Payout is on the way to the athlete’s account!

Payout Failed: Please encourage the student-athlete to contact support for assistance.

Payout Complete: The athlete has successfully received the payment with their preferred payout method.
