On Desktop

To tag users in a piece of content, select Actions- Update Media on the right side of the gallery.

Click the media that you'd like to tag and add the Brand Ambassador(s) below. You may select one, multiple, the entire page, or even the entire gallery at one time. You can also tag one user, multiple users, or use the Bulk Tagging feature to tag groups.

Bulk Tagging

You also have the option to tag groups of users in photos by selecting "All" or your specific groups created above the Brand Ambassadors' line. When a group is selected, all users categorized in the group will be tagged.

Once tagged, brand ambassadors will receive a notification that they have new content and it will appear in their My Media section.

On The App

To tag a piece of content on the app, select the piece of content you'd like to tag, then press the pencil icon in the bottom right corner and select Edit Brand Ambassadors.

From there, you can bulk tag the image by selecting one of the groups, or you can tag individuals by pressing Search and typing in the name.

Once tagged, brand ambassadors will receive a notification that they have new content and it will appear in their My Media (the blue hashtag screen) section.
